These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and d8ads ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the d8ads website at https://d8ads.app, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet, tournament, or promotional activity offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you consent to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the d8ads platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of d8ads. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, the Terms shall prevail.

These Terms are written and published in English. The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative version. Any translation provided for convenience does not alter the meaning or interpretation of the English original.

Governing Jurisdiction

By using this platform you acknowledge that online gambling regulation varies by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the d8ads platform is legal in your country or region of residence. d8ads expressly targets its services at the Bangladesh market and maintains its platform in English for the convenience of Bangladeshi players.

d8ads reserves the right to decline account registration or to close an existing account at its discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above eligibility conditions are not satisfied.

One Account Per Player

If d8ads identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended, bonus funds forfeited, and withdrawals withheld pending investigation.

Account Information Accuracy

Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. d8ads may also request KYC documentation at any point during the account lifecycle as part of our standard compliance and fraud prevention procedures. Accepted identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. d8ads will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Player Communications

By registering an account, you consent to receive transactional communications from d8ads regarding your account activity, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts. Promotional communications are optional and may be managed through your account preferences at any time.

All financial transactions on d8ads are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). d8ads does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. The platform bears no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

Supported Payment Methods

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at d8ads is ৳200 for mobile wallet transactions. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within seconds for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times. Deposits must only be made from a payment account that belongs to you — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 to 60 minutes for verified accounts during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of business hours will be processed on the next available business day. d8ads reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a verified payment method registered in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Any active bonus balance with an incomplete wagering requirement must be resolved before a withdrawal that includes bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• d8ads reserves the right to apply additional scrutiny to unusually large withdrawal requests as part of our fraud prevention obligations.

Currency & Conversion

d8ads operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If your payment provider processes the transaction in a different currency on their end, any conversion costs or exchange rate differences are solely your responsibility. Your d8ads account balance will always be displayed and maintained in BDT.

d8ads offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day. General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• d8ads reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before a player has opted in to that specific promotion.

Bonus Abuse

d8ads employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine play risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, d8ads reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and any associated winnings, suspend the account, and permanently ban the player from future promotional participation.

VIP Program

The d8ads VIP loyalty program operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is calculated automatically based on your cumulative wagering activity over each calendar month. VIP tier benefits — including enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing, dedicated account managers at higher tiers, and exclusive seasonal promotions — are detailed on the d8ads VIP program page. d8ads reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds and associated benefits with reasonable notice to affected players.

As a registered player on d8ads, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are personally responsible for ensuring that all activity conducted through your account complies with these obligations at all times.

You Agree To:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and at all subsequent points when information is requested by d8ads.
• Keep your account credentials strictly confidential and notify d8ads immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment and not for any commercial purpose.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.

Strictly Prohibited Actions:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets or interact with the platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the d8ads platform, its game engines, or its security infrastructure.
• Colluding with other players in any game or betting market to influence outcomes or guarantee mutual profit.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Registering more than one account or accessing the platform through a third party's account.
• Making deposits using payment methods belonging to another person.

Any breach of the prohibited conduct provisions above will be treated as a material breach of these Terms. d8ads reserves the right to take immediate action in response to such breaches, including but not limited to account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence, disclosure of relevant information to law enforcement authorities.

All content available on the d8ads platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of d8ads or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the d8ads platform for your personal entertainment only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the d8ads platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on d8ads content.
• Use any d8ads trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without explicit authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the d8ads website on any other server or wireless device without prior written consent.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content from the d8ads platform for any purpose.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms. d8ads operates these games under valid content licences.

Any unauthorised use of d8ads intellectual property may result in account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

Either you or d8ads may close or suspend your account, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your d8ads account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled to your verified payment method, provided all outstanding KYC and compliance requirements have been met. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Responsible Gaming Closure

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, d8ads strongly encourages you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account dashboard before or instead of a standard closure request. Suspension or Closure by d8ads

d8ads reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed at d8ads staff or other players.
• Identification of the account holder as a current or former d8ads employee or their immediate family member.

Where an account is closed by d8ads due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. d8ads will provide written notification of any account closure initiated by the platform, along with the primary reason for the decision, to the registered email address on file.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d8ads, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and content providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the d8ads platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

Platform Availability

d8ads endeavours to provide a reliable and uninterrupted gaming experience. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical outages, third-party service provider failures, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control. d8ads will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from periods of platform unavailability.
